Your project officially begins here. This page outlines what happens next and links you to the onboarding form we use to capture every detail we need to build your website, AI agent, or both.

Once your form is submitted, your project is queued and work begins within 48 hours on business days.

Your Project Workflow

Step 1
Complete your onboarding form
Share your goals, services, audience, features, pages, and examples you like. Add brand assets, content, and any AI training materials.
Time: 15–45 minutes depending on scope.
Step 2
Scope review and confirmation
We review your responses, flag gaps, and confirm the scope you purchased aligns with your project requirements before the build begins.
We reach out if anything is missing or unclear.
Step 3
Project workspace setup
We set up your project workspace, connect tools as needed, and outline the build sequence for your website, AI agent, or bundle.
This happens within 24–48 business hours of submission.
Step 4
Design, build, and internal testing
We design and build your solution, then run internal checks for functionality, content accuracy, and basic QA before you see anything.
Typical build windows are shared in your initial email.
Step 5
Review, revisions, and launch
You receive a preview link, provide revision requests within the included round(s), and once approved, we launch or deploy your final build.
Launch timing depends on your review and approvals.
Step 6
Post-launch support
If your package includes support or maintenance, we transition you into that phase and confirm how to submit future requests.
Details will be outlined in your agreement and emails.

  • Existing copy, brochures, or content you want us to adapt.

  • Documents, scripts, or knowledge base content to train your AI agent.
  • Links to your social media accounts and any current website.

What happens after you submit

Confirmation: You receive an email confirming we received your onboarding form.

Queueing: Your project is added to the active build queue based on the package you purchased.

Review: We review your answers for clarity, completeness, and alignment with the agreed scope.

Follow-up: If anything is missing, we contact you using the details you provided.

First update: You receive your first status update within 24–48 business hours of submission.

Onboarding FAQ

What if I do not have all the answers yet?
Complete as much as you can and mark sections as “N/A” where needed. We will flag any critical gaps and follow up with you directly.
Can I change my responses after I submit the form?
If you need to adjust something, reply to your confirmation email with the updated information. We will confirm what can be incorporated within your current scope.
When does the build actually start?
The build begins after we receive your completed onboarding form and confirm there are no outstanding questions or missing assets. This typically happens within 24–48 business hours.
