AI Use Policy
Site Resources LLC uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to improve efficiency, support clients, and enhance digital experiences across websites, workflows, and automations. This policy explains how AI is implemented, monitored, and governed to ensure transparency, ethical use, and safety.
Purpose of AI
Our AI systems are designed to:
- Assist with automated communication and client routing
- Support intake, screening, and structured data collection
- Enhance website engagement and user experience
- Improve operational efficiency for nonprofits and small businesses
- Provide internal tools that help staff reduce repetitive tasks
Human Oversight
All AI tools created by Site Resources LLC operate under human supervision. AI systems do not make binding, legal, clinical, or high-risk decisions. Clients maintain full control over approval, review, and final actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
When building AI tools for clients, we configure guardrails, escalation rules, and restricted behaviors to ensure the AI stays within approved uses.
Data & Privacy
AI tools may process information submitted by users to deliver services such as routing, intake, or content generation. Site Resources LLC does not sell or misuse personal data and uses industry-standard safeguards to protect sensitive information.
We design AI systems to align with best practices related to privacy frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FERPA) for clients who operate within those regulated environments. Final compliance depends on each client’s internal policies, configurations, and data-handling procedures.
Limitations of AI
AI may occasionally produce incorrect, generalized, or incomplete information. Users should not rely solely on AI for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. AI-generated content should be reviewed by human staff before acting on it.
Client Responsibility
Clients using AI tools provided by Site Resources LLC are responsible for:
- Reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or using it operationally
- Ensuring staff are trained in proper usage and oversight
- Maintaining internal policies governing ethical AI use
- Monitoring how AI impacts clients, programs, or service delivery
Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as AI capabilities, regulations, and industry standards evolve. We encourage users and clients to review this page periodically for updates.
